Overview

Sedgwick Government Solutions is seeking a skilled Federal Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to expand services to meet client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of client-facing experience in the healthcare, workers' compensation, or insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation or healthcare benefits, systems, and the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • United States citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Federal Government Security Clearance.
