Brand Management Leadership Development Program Associate

At General Mills, we're seeking a talented individual to join our Brand Management Leadership Development Program as an Associate Brand Manager. This 10-week internship will provide you with hands-on experience leading teams to execute impactful brand marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of brand management strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing plans to drive growth and profit.
- Manage P&Ls to deliver growth, profit, and share targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate marketing plans with overarching growth strategies.

Requirements:
- Pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and/or General Management.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial qualities necessary for driving the P&L.

Hourly Rate:
$51.92/hour.
