We're passionate about creating a positive impact through our community-driven fitness studios.

As a General Manager at Rumble, you'll play a key role in driving studio revenue and new membership sales by developing strategic outreach plans, generating leads, and securing member referrals.

Working closely with our Franchise Owner and Support Team, you'll demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and inspire your team to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales
  • Managing and driving 4 revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail, and fees
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Ensuring studio retail and products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
  • Hiring, managing, and training team members
  • Enforcing Rumble's policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Scheduling and participating in lead generation and networking events
