Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of on-site pilot projects, which include product deployment, maintenance, operation of sensor networks, and data gathering.
  • Oversee client operators to ensure successful pilot demonstrations.
  • Design, develop, and automate reactor systems aimed at enhancing lithium extraction from brine sources.
  • Assist in testing materials and systems, ensuring validation in both laboratory and field environments.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive product documentation and operational protocols.
  • Plan, implement, and conduct laboratory and field tests, document findings, and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in technical reviews of requirements, results, and specifications.
  • Facilitate communication with customers and partners regarding technology development and commercialization efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience in electronics circuit design and proficiency in Arduino programming.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and fabrication techniques, including laser cutting and 3D printing.
  • Hands-on experience in material fabrication, reactor development, sensor networks, and data analysis.
  • Experience with fieldwork and the development of pilot systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, along with analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project needs arise.
