Junior Client Support Specialist

As a Junior Client Support Specialist, your primary goal will be to guide and assist clients in exploring innovative beverage solutions available in their vicinity. As a key member of our team, you will undergo a comprehensive training program lasting 2-3 weeks, covering:
- Recognized customer engagement and outreach strategies
- In-depth knowledge of our products, services, and current promotions
- Thorough training on compliance standards and regulations
Your daily responsibilities as a Junior Client Support Specialist will include:
- Providing an outstanding client experience by understanding their unique lifestyles and needs, fostering open dialogue, and offering tailored product suggestions
- Engaging with clients daily, ensuring each interaction is marked by courtesy, professionalism, and respect
- Processing new orders, managing account updates, and directing customer concerns to the appropriate teams
- Maintaining an extensive understanding of all products, services, and promotions, while staying informed on industry trends
- Participating in daily training sessions, virtual networking events, and team meetings to discuss client satisfaction metrics, improvement areas, and enhancing technical support
- Potentially assisting in the onboarding and training of new team members based on your established reputation and success within the organization
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by senior management
Key Skills Required for the Junior Client Support Specialist Role:
- Empathy, patience, and consistency. In this role, you will interact with a diverse range of clients, some of whom may be frustrated or have numerous inquiries. It is crucial to handle all situations with understanding and maintain a high level of service at all times.
- Adaptability. Working in a client-centered role means that each day presents new challenges. You should be prepared to embrace these challenges with a positive attitude and flexibility.
- Effective communication. Clarity is essential; you must ensure that clients fully comprehend the products and services offered, as well as any promotions and account details. Use positive language, stay engaged, and confirm client satisfaction at the end of each interaction.
- Strong work ethic. This is an invaluable trait that cannot be taught. An efficient worker is always prepared and manages their time effectively to assist as many clients as possible.
- Knowledgeable. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing appropriate product recommendations, answering questions, and being a reliable source of support throughout the ordering process. Stay informed to adequately address inquiries and be humble enough to admit when you don’t have an answer. Clients appreciate honesty, and in a collaborative environment like ours, teamwork is key.
