Job Summary

Fawkes IDM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our D&I Department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative diversity and inclusion initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion and respect within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion programs, events, and initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion and respect within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide training and education to employees on diversity and inclusion best practices and policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community organizations and diversity and inclusion professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze diversity and inclusion metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a diversity and inclusion role or related field.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives, programs, and policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
