Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our food service programs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical functions, including answering telephones, directing inquiries, and maintaining confidential personnel files.
  • Staffing Support: Assist management staff in preparing employment and labor relations documents, including disciplinary notices.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students eligible for free and reduced-priced lunches, if applicable.
  • Financial Management: Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer, perform daily bank deposit reconciliation, and process vendor invoices for payment.
  • Communication: Work effectively with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, students' parents, and supervisors to maintain good working relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.
