Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and drive the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps that align with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Engage with system users and business stakeholders to identify their evolving needs, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain proactive communication with internal parties to ensure adaptability and iterative progress.
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams with a strong emphasis on achieving results.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in large-scale IT projects, IT consulting, or business analysis, with a preference for 3+ years in a product owner or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, coupled with business acumen and relationship management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, as this role necessitates extensive cross-functional interaction.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage multiple business priorities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
