  • Communicate and Resolve Service Delivery Gaps: Work closely with offshore counterparts to communicate and help fix gaps in service delivery relative to stakeholder needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 15+ years related experience driving Offshore Global delivery solutions. Financial Services proven experience required.
  • Ability to Accelerate Offshore Footprint: Ability to accelerate offshore footprint to complete the long-term vision of our company for Global Delivery.
  • Experience in a Matrix Set-up: Experience in a matrix set-up; adept at senior Stakeholder Management with Leaders.
  • Expert Team Player: Expert Team player, comfortable in an IC role and ability to forge relationships virtually.
  • Extensive Knowledge of the Offshore Industry: Extensive knowledge of the offshore industry.
  • Ability to Provide Quantifiable Management Reporting: Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting and present findings.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presenting, negotiating, networking and organizational skills.
