Position Overview

At Autofleet, we are pioneering the future of Mobility today.

We collaborate with the largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers globally to enhance current operations and effortlessly introduce innovative business models, focusing on operational efficiency and maximizing resource utilization.

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to spearhead intricate and strategic initiatives with our global partners. This role involves gathering technical requirements from clients, overseeing platform implementations and integrations, managing development workflows with internal teams, and ensuring a superior performance and experience for the worldwide fleets utilizing the Autofleet platform.

In your daily responsibilities, you will support multifaceted implementation processes, collect and analyze customer requirements, convert those needs into product feature specifications, demonstrate and instruct new users on platform best practices, and lead the internal design and implementation of new product features. This position is particularly suitable for those aspiring to transition into product management roles.

  • Oversee the comprehensive technical process of client implementations and launches:
  • Collect and articulate customer requirements
  • Transform and develop requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and specifications
  • Guide internal Research and Development teams through execution and delivery
  • Assist technical customer teams in adopting best practices for platform implementation
  • Conduct platform demonstrations and onboarding sessions for operational teams
  • Provide on-site support during launches and project kick-offs
  • Become a technical expert on the platform, serving as a key resource for Autofleet's global partners to effectively implement and utilize platform capabilities
  • Evaluate, synthesize, and act on iterative feedback from customers to enhance and develop new product features
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, investigate potential solutions, and lead execution efforts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading technical processes in client-facing roles such as Product Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Manager
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, with direct experience and knowledge of SaaS platforms, REST APIs, basic SQL, and machine learning model optimization concepts
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Required: Advanced experience with REST APIs, including the integration of external systems
  • Required: Proficiency in at least one programming or coding language
  • Willingness to travel for on-site project implementations with clients
  • Preferred: Experience working with multinational corporations, particularly in the automotive, transportation, or mobility sectors
