About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our Global team at GBS - Global. As a Client Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients by actively managing client accounts and working closely with our sales team to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Manage client accounts with increasing complexity and funding, ensuring timely delivery of requests and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendor partners.
  • Business Development: Communicate resources available within GBS to fill white space needs, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to new hires, Client Service Associates, and other team members, ensuring a seamless renewal process and retaining business.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve service-related issues independently, involving more experienced Account Management team members when needed, and utilize Gallagher's resources and tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables.
  • Communication: Develop, cultivate, and maintain positive relationships within the branch, with clients, and vendor partners, and articulate the account management role in client engagement.
  • Training and Development: Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes, and maintain proficiency in all GBS standards.
  • Travel: Travel to onsite client meetings as requested/required by the client.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree plus 3 or more years client service and/or claims management experience - OR - High School diploma degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Appropriately licensed.
  • Travel: Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office.
