Job Title: District Sales Manager

At TPH Holdings LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve district sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
