Key Responsibilities
- Administer district sales support functions, ensuring accurate data entry for contracts and related documentation.
- Supervise the Territory Manager's utilization of sales tools, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce and PP.Net.
- Manage customer accounts receivable, fostering relationships to facilitate timely collections.
- Provide administrative assistance, including answering inquiries, maintaining district records, and coordinating schedules.
- Process sales plans and contract packages, ensuring compliance with established timelines.
- Maintain an updated customer contact database, including company logos and relevant information.
- Facilitate training on sales tools such as Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and manage new hire documentation.
- Engage in various job-related tasks and special projects, including maintaining mailing lists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in sales, collections, or administrative support is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a typing speed of 70 words per minute.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- No travel is required.
