Sales Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate District Sales administrative tasks and manage data entry for orders, ensuring compliance with the contracting process.
- Monitor the Territory Manager's utilization of sales tools to maintain accuracy in Salesforce and PP.Net, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
- Manage customer accounts receivable, fostering relationships to guarantee timely collections.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including answering inquiries, maintaining district documentation, coordinating field service tasks, and organizing meetings.
- Process sales plans and contract packages efficiently, ensuring all aspects of the contracting workflow are executed properly.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer contact database, including relevant company information.
- Train and assist in the use of sales tools such as Salesforce, Project Plan, EFCO Online, Invoice Retrieval, and SharePoint.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and manage new hire documentation, ensuring all necessary equipment and training materials are prepared prior to onboarding.
- Engage in additional job-related tasks and special projects, including managing mailing lists and providing phone support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in sales, collections, or administrative support is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a typing speed of 70 words per minute.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical and alphabetical skills, along with effective filing and recordkeeping capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- No travel is required for this position.
