About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Director of Digital Marketing to join our team at Sleep Doctor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy that includes paid social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and implement new strategies and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media and search engine marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
