Role Summary:
As the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy for Technical Solutions at Pacvue Enterprise, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product vision for our core offerings tailored to Enterprise Commerce sellers. Your expertise in product management and leadership will be crucial in steering Pacvue's growth in this sector. A strong emphasis on delivering results across our product suite is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Group Product Managers in developing effective processes and strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Define and oversee the product strategy, innovation, delivery, and commercialization of the enterprise commerce product suite.
- Foster a unified vision across departments by aligning priorities that facilitate product execution.
- Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Support, Success, Marketing, and Development to drive key performance indicators.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and data-driven development across teams.
- Continuously assess the business impact and performance metrics of products.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project scopes, timelines, and progress.
- Identify new opportunities and build teams to execute innovative initiatives.
- This position requires collaboration with teams in multiple time zones, including the US and China.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in eCommerce or Omnichannel sectors, showcasing a successful history in B2B SaaS product development.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and industry trends, with a preference for experience with large retailers or brands.
- Background in engineering or data science is advantageous.
- Recent experience in senior management roles, driving growth in AdTech and eCommerce products.
- Proven leadership skills in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, including experience with global teams.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to manage technical product strategies and evaluate new ideas based on customer insights.
- Familiarity with Agile product management tools (e.g., JIRA, ProductBoard, Aha).
