What You'll Be Doing...

You'll be responsible for interacting with small and medium business customers in the store and through customer visits, demonstrating the value of our products and services, and driving small business results. This will involve:

  • Generating new business through prospecting, networking, leads, and referrals
  • Coaching Sales Representatives to drive small business results
  • Acquiring and retaining accounts of the consumer small business segment
  • Utilizing solutions-based selling techniques
  • Outbound calling and customer visits
  • Completing contracts and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales
  • Valid driver's license
  • Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Willingness to travel
