Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all patient interactions, whether face-to-face or via phone. Welcome patients warmly, maintain a professional attitude, and express appreciation upon their departure.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls with courtesy, demonstrating a sense of urgency regarding the time of patients and healthcare providers.
- Verify insurance coverage, prepare accurate flow sheets, and oversee standard visit fees.
- Facilitate patient check-outs, ensure accurate payment collection, and enhance office workflow.
- Conduct daily reconciliations, finalize the day’s transactions, and manage cash drawer responsibilities.
- Comply with company policies, including HIPAA regulations, and assist with general office tasks as necessary.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Access to reliable transportation for flexibility across multiple work locations.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed and a desire to broaden industry knowledge.
- Proactive mindset towards achieving practice goals and adapting to change.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
Physical Demands:
- This role involves various physical activities, including hand usage, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and maintaining visual focus.
