About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for our customers, including video, phone, and internet products.
  • Billing and Account Management: Process payments, educate customers on billing cycles, payment due dates, and general charges to their account.
  • Account Review and Upselling: Proactively review customer accounts and educate them on additional service options to enhance their experience.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate customer issues that may indicate larger network problems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism: Maintain professionalism in challenging situations and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
