Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Front End Supervisor at Kroger Family of Companies. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the Front End department.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
