- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek feedback from guests and team members, using this information to improve processes and procedures.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Language Skills: Bilingual skills a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit, walk, climb stairs, stand, crouch, bend, stoop, grasp, push, pull, and lift as required.
- Safety Requirements: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Grooming: Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Schedule: Availability to work AM, PM, nights, overnights, weekends, and/or holidays required.
This position is classified as non-exempt and is subject to overtime in accordance with Federal and State Regulations.
