Key Responsibilities- Leasing and Customer Service: Assist with leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals, respond to resident inquiries and concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Property Management: Support the community manager in maintaining the overall appearance and maintenance of the property, including coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors as needed.
- Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, respond to resident complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
