Job Description

FS-Curtis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partner Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships with distributors in the Southeast U.S. territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet regional goals and objectives.
  • Establish Sales Forecasts and Performance Goals: Set and track sales targets, and evaluate distributor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Needs Assessment: Conduct market research to identify distributor and client needs, and develop pricing and discount strategies to meet those needs.
  • Distributor Training and Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement training programs to enhance distributor sales skills, and evaluate distributor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales Territory Management: Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals to ensure effective sales coverage and growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Business Climate Understanding: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, growth rates, and competition in assigned territories to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage distributor and client contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to distributors and clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and other business units to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Work-Site Safety Evaluation: Conduct regular work-site safety evaluations to ensure compliance with company safety standards.
  • Production Goals and Budget Management: Meet production goals and manage expenditures to ensure alignment with company budgetary requirements.
  • CRM and Reporting System Utilization: Utilize company CRM and reporting systems to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Professional Development: Participate in formal and informal training opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
