Role Overview:
The Regional Installation Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Construction and Installation Manager by overseeing jobsite activities, managing field teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards on installation projects executed by both internal staff and external contractors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, crew supervision, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of installation projects carried out by Guldmann, Inc. personnel and subcontractors.
- Oversee jobsite operations, ensuring the effective performance of installers (both internal and external).
- Coordinate with facility personnel to facilitate proper scheduling and timely project completion.
- Uphold Guldmann's quality standards across all installation projects.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Construction and Installation Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and train field crews to enhance their skills and overall performance.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during installation projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing installation projects.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
The candidate must possess the physical and mental resilience to perform duties in various environments, including the ability to manage stressors associated with operational and administrative tasks. Frequent lifting and moving of up to 70 pounds is required. The role necessitates standing, sitting, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, seeing, and working in confined spaces.
