Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Home2 Suites Minnetonka Managed by Golder Hospitality. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answer all incoming and in-house phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist callers with making and/or changing reservations, providing clear and concise information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
