Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent losses.
- Merchandise Sales: Sell merchandise to guests, promoting our products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Problem-Solving: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move about the facility, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $15.25 per hour.
