Position Title: Front Office Auditor at Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel

Role Overview:

  • Conducting daily auditing tasks for the front office and various hotel outlets.
  • Verifying room and tax postings on the computer or register for precision, promptly rectifying any discrepancies. Ensuring the accurate and timely posting of house charges.
  • Executing the backup of the front office computer system and night audit software on a daily basis (if applicable).
  • Completing the reconstruction of the front office system, reservations, and other related computer maintenance (if applicable).
  • Familiarizing oneself with and adhering to the management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
  • Managing front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operations, and responding to calls in a prompt and professional manner. Providing clear directions to room locations.

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota
