Position Title: Front Office Auditor at Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel

Position Overview

  • Conducting daily auditing tasks for the front office and all hotel outlets.
  • Verifying room and tax entries on the computer or register for precision, promptly rectifying any discrepancies. Ensuring timely and accurate posting of house charges.
  • Executing daily backups of the front office computer system and night audit software (if applicable).
  • Carrying out the reconstruction of the front office system, reservations, and other related computer maintenance (if applicable).
  • Understanding and adhering to the accounting and credit policies and procedures set by the management company.
  • Managing front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, payment processing, reservations, PBX management, and responding to calls in a prompt and professional manner. Providing clear directions to guests.
