Sales Manager for Global Semiconductor Market Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing identified key accounts in the Pacific Northwest territory and executing strategic business plans.
Responsibilities:- Aggressively drive new business by identifying opportunities and utilizing value-based selling.
- Work closely with a wide range of company resources, utilizing any member of the company for a particular sales situation.
- Develop business cases for new products and participate in product and company strategy development.
- Present to purchasing staff, engineers, and management at accounts of interest in a professional setting as the front line representative of the company.
- Manage identified key accounts in the territory and drive sales objectives.
- Coordinate with Reps in the territory for success at named accounts using channel partners as needed.
- Provide customer support as needed responding to customer technical and commercial questions.
- Provide market feedback to the company on the competitive environment and new product ideas and features.
- Maintain the CRM database with accurate customer and channel information regarding sales opportunities, design ins, design wins and production status.
- Prepare accurate forecasts of business for use in capacity planning, longer range resource planning and sales prioritization.
- Include company resources, engineers and management, in account calls as required.
- Execute timely preparation of all expense reports and assigned projects.
- Drive other projects as needed by management or as business needs change.
- Minimum of 10+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in (Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent).
- Experience working with or strong understanding of circuits.
- Understanding of semiconductor engineering terms that are relevant to the company's product.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a Positive, Collaborative, and Enthusiastic attitude.
- MBA Degree.
- Inquisitive and a deep desire to learn new technologies.
- Self-starter that can work independently without proximity supervision.
