Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Rohm Semiconductor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our Consumer IT Group. This is a key role that will drive business growth, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive semiconductor growth in the consumer and data center segments
  • Manage sales revenue, forecast, and profit margins of strategic accounts
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with customers, sales, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Negotiate significant annual and long-term agreements with multinational corporations
  • Prepare and generate sales engineering reports, collect, analyze, and summarize sales data and engineering trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of consumer and data center applications, electronics, and semiconductor products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing directions
