Blink Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage: Greet every member and guest with a smile and a warm welcome, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Tour and Sell: Tour potential members around the club, showcasing our facilities and services, and working to sign them up for a membership.
  • Phone and Email: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and energetic manner, providing timely and accurate information to our members and guests.
  • Operational Procedures: Execute all opening and closing operational procedures, ensuring the club runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Member Support: Handle member requests and concerns with a sense of urgency, providing solutions and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Club Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized club, including frequent bending, lifting, and walking around the club to organize equipment and straighten up.
  • Trainer Sign-Ups: Sign members up for startup sessions with our Personal Trainers, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and punctual attendance, ensuring you are available to support our members and guests during business hours.
  • Company Policies: Comply with all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm and Energy: Be enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and colleagues.
  • Lifting and Mobility: Be able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally, with the ability to remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, working hard to meet the needs of our members and guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Be a problem solver, able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
  • Brand Passion: Have a passion for the Blink brand, with a commitment to upholding our values and standards.
