Chief Financial Officer

Vikor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for leading and overseeing the financial activities of the corporation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and forecasting for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the Accounting and Business Intelligence departments, as well as manage key 3rd party relationships that relate to the company's financial organization and health.
  • Oversee key functions as assigned at the Executive level and collaborate with department heads to create, implement, track, and drive change.
Requirements:
  • Proven management and supervisory skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in database, accounting, and financial systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Talent development and coaching experience.
  • 12+ years of accounting/finance experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years in financial management.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), enterprise risk management, banking, and financial project KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of business strategy, financial planning, and shareholder value creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials preferred.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or construction industry.
  • Proven experience in generating free cash flow and debt paydown strategies.
  • Capital allocation expertise and board presentation experience.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations for S-Corporations.
