Position Summary: The Chief Marketing and Communications Officer is tasked with crafting and executing comprehensive communication and marketing strategies that elevate the brand of Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools among key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and promote the mission of the Catholic faith and Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools.
  • Manage media relations, publications, and digital platforms.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing and communication initiatives, including the institution's website, social media channels, and annual marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the writing, design, and production of various print and digital materials, such as newsletters and alumni publications.
  • Ensure the quality and uniformity of all external communications, including advertisements and event promotions.
  • Produce video content for enrollment, advancement, and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital communications and web design.
  • Assist the Enrollment Director with the development of recruitment materials and tuition information.
  • Support the Advancement Office with fundraising publications and promotional materials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, public relations, or media relations is preferred. Familiarity with marketing editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience with budget management is essential. All applicants will be considered.
