Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to fulfill the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Oversee the operational aspects and report directly to the Board of Directors.
  • Manage the financial documentation to ensure accurate tax compliance.
  • Establish and propose the annual budget for board approval.

  • Supervise daily operations of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Capacity to work autonomously and remotely; experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the agricultural landscape of South Dakota, including its stakeholders and leaders.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
