Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial reporting and accounting areas of the Bank. Responsibilities include setting financial objectives, preparing budgeting reports, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing the finance staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regulatory financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate financial performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Develop and implement yearly financial objectives aligned with business growth plans.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain operating budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee general ledger, payables, and receivables, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.
  • Implement and maintain policies and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining a strong risk management culture.
  • Manage cash flow, fixed assets, and insurance policies, ensuring optimal financial performance.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in financial software and systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong academic record.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) status or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum ten years of financial experience, with a strong background in financial management and leadership.
