LTA Research and Exploration is on the lookout for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to become an integral part of our team, contributing to the development of innovative 'lighter than air' flight vehicles.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting the recruitment team with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional talent across various roles within the organization.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing all facets of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews among candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Oversee and maintain the recruitment calendar, ensuring prompt follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Assist in crafting and disseminating job postings across multiple job boards and social media channels.
  • Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing interview materials and conducting reference checks.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with candidates to enhance their overall experience.
  • Address candidate inquiries and deliver timely feedback regarding application status.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative capacity.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (such as Lever and BambooHR).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to recruitment and team collaboration.

The compensation range for this position is $38-46/hr, determined by experience, location, and qualifications.
