Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough behavioral health screenings and provide diagnostic and therapeutic interventions to pregnant and postpartum patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize clinical and psychosocial goals, problem-solving as needed to ensure follow-through on necessary responses.
- Provide support and guidance to partner organizations, promoting a culture of collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with a focus on maternal or perinatal mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse patients and groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on supporting diverse program and patient needs.
- DC LICSW, Psychologist, LPC, or comparable behavioral health license.
- Certificate in perinatal mental health (preferred).
