Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a LPN, you will provide medical care and prescribed treatments to our students, while also serving as an integral member of their treatment team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide medical care, prescribed treatments, and assist in evaluations, in accordance with Nursing Practice standards, Devereux policy, and Glenholme procedures.
* Serve as an integral member of the students' treatment team responsible for communicating changes in treatment, medication, and behavioral observations to authorized personnel.
* Maintain students' hard-copy, electronic medical/treatment records, and Devereux approved reporting systems in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:

* Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
* Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
* Minimum of (1) year experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health, Human Services, Residential Treatment, or Community Mental Health environment
* Valid Connecticut Drivers' License and satisfactory three-year driving history record
