Neonatal Perinatal Medicine Fellowship

Join our esteemed team at Children's National Hospital as a Neonatal Perinatal Medicine Fellow. This three-year, ACGME-accredited fellowship program provides comprehensive training in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine, including Labor & Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), ECMO, and Follow-up clinic.

Program Highlights
  • Active participation in patient care in Labor & Delivery, NICU, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Follow-up Clinic, Cardiac Intensive Care (CICU), and ECMO
  • Didactics and instructional activities, including simulation training, round-table discussions, Neonatology seminars, workshops, journal clubs, and one-on-one teaching
  • Prerequisite for training: completion of 3 years of Pediatric residency in an approved training program, 23 letters of recommendation, completion of medical school in the U.S. or ECFMG certification, and successful passing of all three steps of the USMLE
