Perinatal Mental Health Specialist

Responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and families
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans to address mental health needs
* Providing education and support to patients and families
* Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
* Participating in team meetings and conferences to discuss patient care
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
* 1 year of post-MSW experience as a Social Worker or second-year field placement in a complex medical setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to relate to diverse patient populations
* Sensitivity to individuals from varied backgrounds and cultures
