Service Desk Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at Logicalis. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your primary goal will be to resolve their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues with PC hardware and software applications
- Provide support for Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10) and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
- Assist clients in adding and changing network printers
- Provide technical support for VPN connectivity issues
- Control user's computers utilizing remote access tools
- Troubleshoot remote access connectivity problems
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of various PC hardware and software applications, including Operating Systems, Office 365, and cloud support
- Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Experience navigating a knowledgebase
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
Working Conditions:
This role requires a personal smartphone with 2-factor authentication capabilities for work-related tasks. The physical demands of this role are representative of those that should be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
