Help Desk Support Specialist

Overview
GovCIO is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving computer hardware and software-related problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and identify computer hardware and software-related problems
- Effectively communicate step-by-step solutions to end-users
- Communicate with software and hardware specialists for solutions
- Record solutions into a database for other Help Desk professionals
- Redirect issues to appropriate resources if necessary
Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience in the field (or commensurate experience)
- Ability to maintain a public trust clearance
