Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Omni Inclusive is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As an Onsite Support Technician, you will provide high-quality technical support to our end-users, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals and software.
  • Perform break-fix, desk-side support, IMACDs, data migration, refreshes, and other technical tasks.
  • Provide onsite technical assistance to end-users, identifying potential issues and taking proactive steps to prevent adverse impacts.
  • Manage the ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution and closure within defined service level agreements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support, including hardware vendor technicians for warranty repair/replacement.
  • Perform end-user support-related security and controls tasks, such as access reviews, risk assessments, and compliance verifications.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 support groups and project teams for service delivery enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Provide IT support for on-site or off-site events and meetings, including site setup, coordination with venue IT/AV contacts, and standby support.
  • Respond to emergency situations at local sites, providing disaster recovery and immediate response support.
  • Provide on-call support outside business hours on a rotational basis.
