Position Summary

We are in search of aspiring leaders who are eager to develop their management skills. Through our comprehensive training program, you will learn the Domino's Way over a six-week period. This program will equip you with the knowledge to create our delicious products, provide outstanding service, and effectively lead our team.

Compensation Structure

Shift Manager in Training: $24,000 - $27,000 annually
Assistant Managers: $37,000 - $45,000 annually
General Managers: $52,000 - $62,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.

Your performance directly influences your earnings, as better results lead to greater bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

This is an hourly position with opportunities for overtime. You will oversee all aspects of the store's operations. No prior management experience? No problem; we will provide the necessary training. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring operational excellence and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Leading and training your team to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Managing all facets of store performance, including sales and profitability.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and high energy.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean background check.
  • Eligible to work in the USA.
  • Reside near the store location.

Additional Requirements for Assistant and General Managers:

  • Open availability, including weekends.
  • Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth.
