Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR systems and technology: Experience with HR systems and technology, including Oracle HR Cloud.
  • Global experience: Experience working in a global environment and managing global projects.
