The Environmental Services Team Leader oversees both the technical and administrative operations of the Environmental Services division. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations and assess employee performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Manage staffing levels, approve leave requests, and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Facilitate orientation, training, and educational opportunities.
  • Enhance procedures and workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend necessary changes.
  • Provide suggestions to enhance the speed, quality, and effectiveness of departmental functions.
  • May be required to cover shifts in case of staffing shortages.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.


Experience:

A minimum of one year in a leadership role, team lead, project management, or supervisory position in a related field. A Bachelor's Degree may substitute for the experience requirement.


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, possess corrected vision and hearing within normal ranges, and demonstrate dexterity sufficient to operate a computer. The role requires full body motion, including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, stooping, crouching, squatting, and reaching. Regular handling of cleaning agents and chemicals is necessary.

Adhere to standard precautions and utilize personal protective equipment as required.
