Langan Holdings, LLC is a leading enterprise in the quick-service restaurant industry, operating a large portfolio of Wingstop Restaurants across multiple locations.


Position Overview:

The Construction Manager reports to the Director of Construction and collaborates with various stakeholders, including vendors, designers, franchisors, and internal resources, to facilitate remodel and new restaurant development. This role works closely with franchisors, internal and external vendors, and outside consultants throughout the planning and execution phases of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage franchisee relationships relative to construction of new restaurants and remodels within specific regions.
  • Develop scopes of work for remodels and new builds.
  • Manage design, permitting, construction, and turnover phases of projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal vendors, franchisors, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate quality projects.
  • Ensure all construction projects are in compliance with the brand's overall image standards and initiatives.
  • Present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether orally or in writing.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise directives and reporting in meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of building components and systems, building codes.
  • Working knowledge of the restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ADA compliance.
  • Registration as an architect, engineer, or general contractor is preferred.
  • Six-Sigma or other process improvement theories are a strong plus.
  • Experience in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
  • CPM (Certified Project Manager) is preferred.
  • Cost estimating for remodel and new restaurant construction.
  • Demonstrates strong technical and project management skills based on construction industry experience to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to create documents, deliver presentations, and analyze data.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills in influencing and consensus building used with working with franchisees and on internal projects.
  • Multi-tasking is a must.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Travel within specific regions and/or for specific meetings is expected.
