  • Monitor and manage overtime hours with the aim of reducing overtime costs.
  • Evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and ensuring documentation aligns with company policy. Address performance issues effectively.
  • Identify and nurture talent to align with organizational needs, consistently striving to elevate performance through coaching and development.
  • Conduct interviews for potential hires and make informed hiring recommendations.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures clearly to all employees.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Preferred supervisory experience, particularly in a transportation context.
  • Experience in P&L management is essential.
  • Proficient in Excel with a solid understanding of analytics.
  • Experience in management training and mentoring.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer issues and motivate employee performance.
  • Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
