Member Services Coordinator

The OpportunityThe Member Services Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the teams responsible for providing the ultimate member experience across multiple World 50 Group communities. This role is the foundation of the Memberships team.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with World 50 communities on the execution of all membership activities
- Create and maintain accurate member information in Salesforce that shapes members' experiences
- Manage special projects and research related to membership communities
- Draft emails and information to be sent to members
- Assist with coordinating event details and logistics, such as name cards, member intel, bios, etc.
- Help Member Services Associates with the preparation and follow-up for member interactions, including but not limited to pre-call research, call notes, check-in meetings, and data input into Salesforce
- Bachelor's Degree and 0-4 years of related experience
- Highly organized, creative, and attentive to detail
- Able to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments
- Ability to interact with C-suite executives with confidence
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
- Solid computer and analytical skills
- Persistence, resourcefulness, drive, and the ability to work proactively and independently
- Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
- The highest standards for quality and service
- Curiosity and a growth mindset
