Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Pumping Field Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our pumping equipment, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain our pumping equipment, including fluid pumps and related equipment, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage Crews: Lead and manage our pumping field crews, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Comply with Safety Standards: Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are met, and that all team members are aware of and comply with these standards.
  • Perform Daily Meetings: Conduct daily meetings with management to discuss operations, address any issues, and provide updates on progress.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our pumping field, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Mentor and Lead Team Members: Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Complete Documentation: Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Operate Company Vehicles: Operate company vehicles, including trucks and equipment, to transport personnel and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Comply with Company Policies: Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Participate in Safety Meetings: Participate in safety meetings and assist in identifying and addressing risks and hazards.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
